Deutsche Messe AG, one of the world's leading trade fair organizers, has officially opened the call for entries for the HERMES AWARD 2026. This prestigious international award recognizes outstanding innovations and technological achievements in industrial automation, manufacturing, and digital transformation.

The HERMES AWARD is presented annually at HANNOVER MESSE, the world's leading trade fair for industrial technology. The award honors companies and research institutions that have developed groundbreaking solutions addressing key challenges in modern manufacturing and industrial processes.

"Innovation is the driving force behind industrial progress," stated Dr. Jochen Köckler, CEO of Deutsche Messe AG. "The HERMES AWARD celebrates those visionaries who are shaping the future of manufacturing through their exceptional technological contributions."

Entries will be evaluated based on several criteria including technical innovation, economic viability, environmental sustainability, and social impact. Past winners have included revolutionary solutions in robotics, artificial intelligence, sustainable manufacturing, and Industry 4.0 technologies.

The submission deadline for the 2026 award is February 15, 2026. An independent jury of industry experts, researchers, and business leaders will review all entries and select the winner, which will be announced during the opening ceremony of HANNOVER MESSE 2026, scheduled for April 20-24, 2026.

Companies and institutions worldwide are encouraged to submit their innovative products, systems, or solutions that demonstrate excellence in industrial technology and contribute to the advancement of manufacturing processes.
