These women were selected from areas around Chakan and Khopoli in Maharashtra, where Indospace operates two large logistic parks. The Young Women Fellowship Programme at IndoSpace aims to equip every woman from the selected cohort with life skills, entrepreneurial knowledge, and leadership skills necessary to become self-reliant and change agents for their communities.  \u003C\u002Fp>\r\n\u003Cp>This comprehensive program was marked by a rigorous candidate screening, identification, and enrollment process.
